Steps to delete your XSales® Consumer account
1. Once logged into the XSales® Consumer app.
2. Click on the My Profile option, where you will be able to view the account options.
3. Then click on the Settings option.
4. Select the Delete Account option.
5. The user must click on the Accept button.
6. Next, the user must indicate why they want to delete their XSales® Consumer account. Once the reason has been revealed, the user must click on the Next button.
7. Next, you will be prompted to enter the security code. This code will be sent to the email address you used when you registered for the app. Once you’ve entered the code, press the Delete Account button.
8. The App will inform you that your account has been scheduled for deletion. This process will take approximately 5 minutes to ensure the deletion is secure. Please click on the Continue button to proceed.
9. After the established time, the email address provided during registration, configuration options, and sensitive data registered in the App will be permanently deleted.
Note: If you wish to recover your XSales® Consumer account, you can log in again within 5 minutes of requesting to cancel it. After this time, your data will be permanently deleted.
